Dear Russ’s Septic,

I am writing to express my heartfelt thanks for services way above and beyond the call of duty! Our family has used your services for years, as did all the prior owners of my home, and have always been pleased with your prices, professionalism, and reliability. You consistently arrive on time and fit us in at your earliest convenience.

Recently, three days before an open house, I discovered an emergent problem that I felt might require the services of a plumber. However, I remembered you had been out a few months earlier and called for some suggestions or guidance. Not only did you listen to my plea for help, but the truck arrived in my driveway that same day well after normal business hours!

You fit me in on the way home from your busy day. The two gentleman that arrived courteously listened to my concerns and proceeded to address and remedy my problem. There was no after hours charge at all, in fact,  the charge was beyond reasonable. I felt like I was taken care of as part of your family. You guys are am exemplary company and I recommend you to all the folks I know. Thank you for your wonderful service!
